Eléonore Gaspar specializes in Intellectual Property law, and handles both litigation and legal consulting in matters particularly relating to copyrights, designs, trademarks and patents.

Eléonore represents her clients before the French Courts and before the French and European trademark offices. She also advises them in all the IP aspects of their business activities, including in drafting their contracts and managing their rights.

Eléonore’s clients are mainly engaged in the industries of film and entertainment, e‑commerce, clothing and fashion accessories, travel, luxury goods, aeronautics and in the oil industry.

She has developed specific experience in subjects spanning both trademark law and copyright law.

Eléonore is a graduate of Paris II-Panthéon Assas University.

She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1997, and was awarded a certificate of specialization in Intellectual Property and in New Technologies, IT and Communications Law by the Paris Bar. She was voted Best Lawyer for France in Medias in 2017 by Best Lawyers.
