The second edition of the book titled “Genuine Use of Trademarks” is out now. It was edited by Eléonore Gaspar, and published by Wolters Kluwer: IP Law in the AIPPI LAw Series. Eléonore also co-authored one of the chapters on French law with Laurine JANIN-REYNAUD.
