Lin Nin manages DTMV’s litigation and business law departments with Magali Thorne.
Since 1993, Lin has developed extensive expertise in a broad array of specialties while assisting and advising his French and foreign clients who are engaged in very diverse fields ranging from oil, energy, and transportation to entertainment, luxury, consumer products, and services.
Thanks to his skills and experience, Lin represents these clients before the French courts (civil, commercial, employment, administrative, and criminal courts) and also before the courts of Chad.
Through his high-level multidisciplinary practice, Lin handles commercial and corporate litigation, subcontracting issues, industrial risks, environmental issues, advertising and sales regulation issues, unfair competition, corporation reorganization matters, and all aspects of employment law.
Lin is a graduate of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master’s degree, 1990; Postgraduate degree (D.E.A.) in Business Law, 1991).
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992 and took his oath in 1993.
