The publishing house of the Intellectual Property Research Institute (Paris) (IRPI) revisits the June 2018 conference on the inventive step with a new publication “From the French Statute of 1968 to the Unified Patent Court, a half-century of assessment of inventive step in France and Europe: review and outlook” – Proceedings of the conference of AAPI, CNCPI – National Company of Patent Attorneys, and IRPI – Intellectual Property Research Institute (Paris).

Changing IP in a Changing Europe
Held on 4-5 April in Paris and organized by the AIPPI, the trilateral seminar (France, Germany, and Poland) presented the Implementation of Directive 2015/2436 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trademarks. Éléonore Gaspar made a presentation on the implementation of the Trademark Directive in France.
