Thierry Mollet-Viéville advises his clients on a range of matters relating to all areas of intellectual property. He focuses his practice on complex patent and trademark litigation.

He is recognized as one of the best patent lawyers in France, with strong expertise in the pharmaceutical field. His clients are principally engaged in the industries of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, automotive equipment, household appliances, luxury goods and transports. Thierry is a graduate of the Business Law Institute (1969), and received a degree in Private Law from Paris University (1968). He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1968, and was awarded a certificate of specialization in Intellectual Property by the Paris Bar. Thierry was voted Best Lawyer in Intellectual Property for France by Best Lawyers in 2011.
