Pascal represents his clients before the French Courts and before the French and European trademark offices. He advises them in all IP aspects of their business activities.
His clients are principally engaged in the industries of luxury goods, consumer goods, advertising, automotive and mechanical equipment, electronics and various industries.
Pascal received a post-graduate degree in European International Law from Paris II-Panthéon Assas University (1986).
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1989, and was awarded a certificate of specialization in Intellectual Property and in New Technologies Law (IT and communications) by the Paris Bar.
