Laurine Janin-Reynaud has been a partner at DTMV since January 2019. She initially entered the Firm as an Associate in 2006 and was appointed Of Counsel in 2018.
Laurine both advises and litigates for her clients in matters relating to intellectual property law, particularly trademark and design law, copyright law, and patent law. She also assists her clients with related issues of unfair competition and trade secrets.
Laurine represents clients before the French and European Union Courts and before the Trademark Offices (INPI, EUIPO, WIPO).
Her clients are mainly engaged in the fields of luxury, art, sports, transportation, and various industries.
Laurine holds a Postgraduate degree (D.E.S.S.) in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law (Grenoble University). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and holds a Certificate of Specialization in Intellectual Property Law and in New Technologies, IT, and Communication Law awarded by the Paris Bar.
