Agathe practices in intellectual property law and advises French and international companies, designers, fashion and luxury houses, as well as start-ups, on the protection, valorisation and enforcement of their intangible assets. She works across trademark law, copyright, and design law, and assists her clients with the structuring and negotiation of agreements relating to the exploitation of intellectual property rights, as well as in anti-counterfeiting matters.
